Domain names
Your domain name is bought by you, in your name, usually about $10 to $20 a year from any registrar. It isn’t included in any of our prices. We help you set it up so it’s always yours.
Edits after launch
Ongoing edits are part of the $49 a month plan, and only that plan: up to 1 hour a month. If you buy a template or collection, or host a suite yourself, you make your own edits. We still fix any bug in a template for free.
New templates
Collections and agency licenses include every template we have on the day you buy, plus free updates to those templates. Templates we add later are sold separately.
What $49 a month covers
For sites we build, suites we set up and custom designs, when we host them. One price, cancel anytime. Domain names are not included.

When am I charged?
Templates are paid at checkout. For sites we build, the $99 is charged only after you approve your mockup, and the $49 monthly fee starts one month later, so your first month is covered. Custom projects follow the payment schedule in your written quote.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly service renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time by email or text. Your last month runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I pay for my domain separately?
Yes. Your domain name is bought by you, in your name, usually about $10 to $20 a year from any registrar. It isn’t included in any of our prices. We help you set it up so it’s always yours.
Who makes changes after my site is live?
If you're on our $49 a month plan, we do: up to 1 hour of small edits a month. If you bought a template or collection, or host a suite yourself, you make your own changes, and we fix any bug in the template for free.
Can I get a refund?
Templates are instant downloads, so sales are final, but you can try the full live demo before you buy, and if something doesn't work as shown in the demo, we'll fix it or refund you. For sites we build, the mockup is free, so you see your site before you pay anything. After you approve it, the $99 covers the build and two rounds of changes, and isn't refundable once we start building. See the refund terms for the details.
Does the $99 build cover every design?
The $99 build uses one of our one-page or multi-page templates. Our multi-page suites, the Restaurant, Home Services, Pet Care, Interior Design, Wedding Venue, Charters, Childcare, Day Spa and Veterinary Suites, are set up for $299, paid once, with two rounds of changes, and you can add hosting and edits for $49 a month. Bigger or custom projects get a written quote first. You always see the price before you pay.
How do I pay?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.
