Standard license
Included with every single template and with both template collections (Standard, and Every Template).

Included with the agency licenses: Standard Templates ($299, paid once) or Every Template, with the multi-page suites ($599, paid once). See what agencies get
- Use any template for unlimited websites
- Client work is allowed
- Covers every template in the license you bought, as it is on the day you buy
- Templates we add later are not included
- You still may not resell or share the template files themselves

- Resell, share or give away the template files themselves, changed or unchanged
- Offer the template as a template, theme or download on any marketplace

Sample content
Every template includes sample business details, reviews, ratings and statistics for demonstration only. You must replace or remove them before you publish your website. You are responsible for everything on your live website.
Images and fonts
The photos shown in our live demos are stock photos used for display only. They are not included in your download and are not licensed to you. Your download includes labeled placeholder images instead, which you replace with photos you own or have permission to use. The fonts are included in your download, in the template's fonts folder. They are free, open-source fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which allows personal and commercial use.
License numbers and demo copies
Every purchase comes with its own license number. It's written in your LICENSE file and in a small hidden marker in your pages, so your site can always be shown to be properly licensed. Keep it with your records.
Our live demos are for previewing only and are never licensed for use. Each demo includes a small notice that tells us the address of any other website it is copied to; it sends nothing about that site's visitors. Purchased files don't include it.
If we find our templates or demos in use without a license, we'll ask for them to be removed, and may ask the website's host to remove them under copyright law.
Ownership
We keep the copyright in the original template. Your license lets you use it as described above, and the content you add is yours.
Ending the license
If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the template. Refunds follow our refund terms.
