The Childcare & Preschool Suite

A website for child care centers and preschools that answers what every parent asks first: is there room, what does a day look like, what does it cost and when can we visit. With an animated day-in-the-life, openings by age, a tuition calculator and tour booking.

Built to fill every classroom

Eight pages built by hand, fast on phones, with tools no page builder offers. Everything below works in the demo right now.

A Day Here

Parents pick an age and watch the day play out, from morning hellos to pickup, with a picture that changes through the day and what children are learning at each step.

Openings by age

Open, a few spots or waitlist for every program, on Home, Programs and Book a tour. Change it in one line when a spot opens up.

A tuition calculator

Program, days a week, full or half day and the sibling rate, with the weekly price, about how much a month and the first month with registration.

Tour booking that guides parents

Tour days and times that skip your closures, and a birthday box that shows the right program and whether it has room.

A families page they’ll bookmark

The closure notice, coming-up dates, this week’s menu with today first, drop-off and pickup, and the forms families need.

Summer camp that adds up

Parents pick their weeks and see the total. The tour form opens with camp and those weeks already filled in.

Set up the Childcare & Preschool Suite for your center

Parents ask the same questions before every tour. Keep openings, tuition and your license details accurate and the site answers them for you.

Update openings the day they change

Each program shows open, a few spots or waitlist. Change it in one line when a spot opens or fills, since parents plan around it.

Enter tuition the way you bill

Set weekly rates by program, days and full or half day, plus the sibling rate. Say what is included, such as meals and supplies, so families can compare fairly.

Show your license and ratios

Add your state license number, staff-to-child ratios and safety practices. Parents check these before anything else.

Use photos with permission

Only show children whose parents have given written permission, and avoid names. Photos of classrooms and outdoor spaces work well too.

Questions about the Childcare & Preschool Suite

What pages are included?

Home, Programs, A Day Here, Tuition, Our Center, Families, Summer Camp and Book a tour. Every page shares one header, footer and settings file.

How does A Day Here work?

Parents pick an age group, then slide through the day or press play. The picture changes from morning hellos to pickup, with what children are learning at each step. You write each classroom’s schedule in one settings file.

How do openings and tuition work?

Set each program to open, a few spots or waitlist, and it shows on Home, Programs and Book a tour. The tuition calculator uses your weekly prices by days a week and full or half day, with your registration fee and sibling discount.

How do tour requests work?

Parents pick a tour day and time, and enter a birthday to see the right program and whether it has room. The request comes to your email, and the form asks parents to keep medical details for enrollment. Already use enrollment software? Point every Book a tour button to its form.

Is it easy to keep current?

Yes. Openings, the closure notice, coming-up dates, the weekly menu, camp weeks and tour times all live in one settings file, so most weekly updates are one file.

Can I add a page for each classroom?

The programs page covers each age group. We can add separate classroom pages when we build it for you.

Can parents download the handbook?

Yes. Link your family handbook from the families page, where current parents look for it.

Are the demo photos included?

No. The demo uses stock photos of rooms and little hands at work to show the finished look. Your download has labeled placeholders with the best size for each photo, and the guide explains getting parents’ permission before using photos of children.

Will my site stay this fast?

It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
