Questions about the Review Booster
Do I need a website?
No. Your review page is hosted for you, and the QR code, cards and texts work with or without a website. If you have one, add a "Review us" button that opens your link.
Is it a monthly fee?
No. It's $29 once, and we keep hosting your review page at no extra cost. It's included free with our $49 a month website care plan.
Where do I find my Google review link?
In Google Business Profile, tap Ask for reviews, then Copy. If you can't find it, send us your business name and town, or your Google Maps link, and we'll find it for you.
Does it hide bad reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow businesses to filter out unhappy customers or reward reviews, and it can remove reviews when they do. Everyone who opens your page sees the same Google button. There's also a "Text us" button so anyone with a question can reach you.
Can I change it later?
Yes. Text or email us a new phone number, color or link, and we update your page. Your QR code stays the same, so printed cards keep working.
Do you write reviews for me?
No. Every review comes from a real customer, in their own words. We make it easy for them to say yes.
