The Wedding & Event Venue Suite

A wedding venue website couples actually use, and share. A planner that times their whole day to the real sunset over your venue, a floor plan that lays out your reception for any guest count, an honest cost estimator, a live availability calendar and a share page that sends their families straight to you.

Built to turn browsing couples into booked tours

Nine pages with the polish of a wedding magazine, built by hand and fast on phones. Everything below works in the demo right now.

A Golden Hour Planner

Couples pick their date and see the real sunset over your venue, then a full day built around it: ceremony, golden-hour portraits, lanterns at blue hour and the send-off, finishing by your closing time. Summer dates adjust themselves.

A share page families open

One tap turns their plan into a page with their names, a countdown, the timeline and an add-to-calendar button. They send it to everyone, and every visit is your venue.

A live floor plan

Slide the guest count and choose round tables, farm tables or cocktail style. Your reception room lays itself out, sizes the dance floor and says when a layout won’t fit.

An honest cost estimator

Real venue fees by season and day, packages with per-guest prices and add-ons. Couples see a range before they tour, so the ones who book are the right fit.

A calendar that books tours

Open, held and booked dates with the venue fee and that evening’s sunset. One tap fills in the tour request, and the next open Saturdays update by themselves.

Romantic design, fast

A hero that fades from golden hour to evening as you scroll, a drag-to-look panorama, arched photo frames and elegant serif type, and still 98 on Google PageSpeed on mobile.

Set up the Wedding & Event Venue Suite for your venue

Couples compare venues on date, price and feel. The suite covers all three once your sunset location, fees and floor plan are set up correctly.

Set your exact location for the sunset planner

The Golden Hour Planner times the day to the real sunset at your venue. Enter your coordinates so the times are right for your spot.

Enter real fees by season and day

The estimator uses venue fees by season and day of the week, plus per-guest packages. Put in your real numbers, including Friday and Sunday pricing if you offer it.

Draw your reception room to scale

The floor plan lays out tables for any guest count. Enter your room size and real capacities, so couples never fall for a layout that will not fit.

Keep the calendar current

Mark dates held and booked as soon as contracts go out. A wrong open date wastes a tour and a couple’s hopes.

Questions about the Wedding & Event Venue Suite

What pages are included?

Home, The Estate, Weddings, the Golden Hour Planner, the live floor plan, Gallery, Celebrations, Dates and tours, and the Our Day share page. Every page shares one header, footer and settings file.

How does the Golden Hour Planner work?

A couple picks their date. The site works out the real sunset over your venue that evening and builds their whole day around it: the ceremony, golden-hour portraits, the lanterns at blue hour, dinner and the send-off, finishing by your closing time. It runs in the browser from your venue’s location, with no outside service.

What is the Our Day share page?

The planner makes a link with the couple’s names, a countdown, their timeline and an add-to-calendar button. They send it to family and the wedding party, and every visit shows your venue. Nothing is stored; everything is in the link.

How does the floor plan work?

Visitors slide the guest count and choose round tables, farm tables or a cocktail setup. The reception room lays itself out with the dance floor sized to the crowd and warns when a layout won’t fit. You set the room size in feet and your capacity.

How do the estimator and calendar get their prices?

From one settings file: your seasons by month, venue fees by day, packages with per-guest prices, and add-ons. The calendar shows open, held and booked dates with the venue fee and that evening’s sunset. You keep the booked dates up to date there.

Can I use it for corporate events too?

Yes. Use the celebrations page for showers, rehearsal dinners and company events, with their own pricing.

Can couples share their plan with family?

Yes. The share page turns their plan into a link with their names, a countdown and the timeline.

Are the demo photos included?

No. The demo uses stock photos to show the finished look. Your download has labeled placeholders with the best size for each photo.

Will my site stay this fast?

It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
