What's built in

A ready-made layout with a “what’s bugging you” pest picker, plan prices by home size and a free inspection booking. Everything below works in the demo right now.

Pest picker

Visitors tap ants, roaches, termites or mosquitoes and see how you treat them and which plan fits.

Plans by home size

Three plans side by side, with prices that change by home size.

Family-safe section

Answers the first question every parent and pet owner asks.

Free re-treatment guarantee

A bold section that sells your guarantee.

Built for phones

A Call or text and See plans bar stays at the bottom of the screen on phones.

Set up Sentinel for your pest control company

Sentinel sells plans, not one-time sprays. The setup that matters most is matching your pests to your plans and pricing them by home size.

Start with the pests in your area

Ants, roaches, termites and mosquitoes are in the demo. Swap in what your customers actually call about, such as spiders, rodents, fleas, bed bugs or scorpions. For each pest, write two or three lines on how you treat it and which plan covers it.

Build plans around how often you visit

Three plans side by side work best: a basic quarterly plan, a mid plan that adds mosquitoes or rodents, and a top plan with termite protection. Name them in plain words so the difference is clear at a glance.

Price by home size

Prices change by square footage, so a small condo and a large house see different numbers. Set your size brackets to match how you already quote, and the plan cards update as visitors pick their home size.

Answer the safety question honestly

The family-safe section answers what parents and pet owners ask first. Name the products or methods you use, how long people and pets should stay off treated areas, and any low-toxicity options you offer.

Questions about this template

Can I change the pests and plans?

Yes. Each pest has one line saying how you treat it and which plan covers it, and each plan has a price for three home sizes.

Does it need a lot of photos?

No. Just three. The pest picker and the rings of defense are drawn by the page.

Can I offer a one-time treatment too?

Yes. Add it as a service under the plans or as a fourth card. Many companies show the one-time price next to the quarterly plan so the plan looks like the better deal.

Where do I put my license and guarantee?

The guarantee has its own bold section, and your state license number fits in the footer and the family-safe section. Both are things customers check before they book.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The download includes a START HERE guide that walks you through photos, text, colors and going live in plain language. If you would rather not touch it, we build it for you for $99.

Are the demo photos included?

No. The demo uses stock photos to show the finished look. Your download has labeled placeholders that show what goes in each spot and the best size.

Will my site stay this fast?

It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
