What's built in

A ready-made layout with a to-do list builder that picks the visit and flat price, service cards and booking. Everything below works in the demo right now.

To-do list builder

Customers tap + on jobs like TV mounting, drywall patches and doors, and see the time add up.

Flat visit pricing

The list picks a quick visit, half day or full day, with your flat price for each.

Booking that fills itself in

The whole list, visit size and price carry into the booking request.

Service cards

Six services with photos, typical time and a starting price.

Built for phones

A Call or text and Build my list bar stays at the bottom of the screen on phones.

Set up Squared Away for your handyman business

The to-do list builder only sells if the jobs and times match how you actually work. Plan these four things before you open the files, and setup takes an evening.

List the jobs people actually call about

Start with the small jobs homeowners put off: TV and shelf mounting, drywall patches, sticking doors, faucets, ceiling fans, caulking and furniture assembly. Use the words customers use. "Hang a TV" gets more taps than "wall-mount installation."

Give every job an honest time

Each job carries its typical minutes, and the builder adds them up to choose the visit. Time a few real jobs and pad for travel and setup. If the list fills a half day, the customer should never be surprised when you are there three hours.

Set visit prices that cover your drive

Quick visit, half day and full day are your three price points. Most handymen set the quick visit to cover a one-hour minimum plus travel, so a single picture hook is never a losing trip. Change the names and lengths to fit your schedule.

Photograph your own work

Replace the stock photos with your own: a mounted TV with hidden wires, a patched wall after paint, a door that closes clean. Phone photos in good daylight are fine. Real jobs from your town build more trust than polished stock images.

Questions about this template

Can I change the jobs and prices?

Yes. Each job is one line with its typical minutes, and your visit sizes and prices are one short block.

What if I charge by the hour?

Set the visits to the hours you sell, like 1, 2 and 4 hours, with your price for each. The builder works the same way.

Can customers send photos of the job?

The booking request carries their to-do list, visit size and price. Many handymen add a line asking customers to text photos to the number on the site, which helps you spot a bigger job before you arrive.

What if a job on the list turns out bigger than expected?

The builder shows a starting price for the visit, not a fixed quote for every job. Add a short note near the total, such as "Final price confirmed on site," so customers know you will check the work first.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The download includes a START HERE guide that walks you through photos, text, colors and going live in plain language. If you would rather not touch it, we build it for you for $99.

Are the demo photos included?

No. The demo uses stock photos to show the finished look. Your download has labeled placeholders that show what goes in each spot and the best size.

Will my site stay this fast?

It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
