What's built in

A 3-page store layout with a photo gallery of every floor, floor finder, cost estimator and free-measure booking. Everything below works in the demo right now.

Every floor, photographed

A full-width photo up top and a photo card for each floor you sell, with its installed price.

Floor finder

Visitors tick what matters, like pets, kitchens or budget, and your floors re-rank to match.

Cost estimator

Room size in, an installed price range out, from your own prices per square foot.

Free measure booking

A three-step estimate form that carries the floor they picked straight to you.

One file to edit

Every word, floor, price and color lives in one file, so it takes about an hour to make it yours.

Set up Hartwell for your flooring store

Flooring is bought with the eyes and decided on price per square foot. Set up the photos and pricing first, and the floor finder does the selling.

Photograph floors in real rooms

Each floor gets a photo card. Shoot your own installs in daylight, from a low angle with some furniture in frame. A plank in a real kitchen sells better than a sample board on a counter.

Enter installed prices per square foot

The cost estimator multiplies room size by your price. Use installed prices that include pad, labor and trim for each floor, and note anything extra, such as stairs or old floor removal.

Tag floors for the finder

The finder re-ranks floors when visitors tick pets, kitchens, budget or waterproof. Tag each floor honestly. Recommending carpet to someone with three dogs costs you the sale and the review.

Decide how measures work

The booking form schedules a free measure. Say how long it takes, whether you bring samples, and whether the measure fee comes off the job.

Questions about this template

What photos do I need?

Eight: one big photo for the top, one of finished work, and one for each kind of floor. The download has labeled placeholders with the exact sizes, and the guide shows how to swap them in. Or we build it with your photos for $99.

Can I list only the floors I sell?

Yes. Remove a floor from the list and it disappears from the room, the finder and the estimator.

Can I list brands like Shaw or Mohawk?

Yes. Add the brand to each floor card. Many shoppers search by brand after seeing a floor in a store.

Do installers without a showroom use it?

Yes. Change the visit section to say you bring samples to the home, and the rest of the site works the same.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The download includes a START HERE guide that walks you through photos, text, colors and going live in plain language. If you would rather not touch it, we build it for you for $99.

Are the demo photos included?

No. The demo uses stock photos to show the finished look. Your download has labeled placeholders that show what goes in each spot and the best size.

Will my site stay this fast?

It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
