Solar Installer Website Template
A clean, technical one-page website for solar and battery backup installers that lets homeowners size their own system in seconds, see exactly how an install works, and request a free site visit.

What's built in
A ready-made layout with a real rooftop solar photo, a live estimator, system cards, an install timeline and estimate requests. Everything below works in the demo right now.
A split-screen top with a live estimate
A real photo of a solar-powered farmhouse sits beside a quick estimate card. Homeowners move one slider and pick what to keep powered, and the system size, savings, battery and backup hours update as they go.
A full savings and backup estimator
Bill, sun exposure and backup level give a system size, panel count, battery, hours of backup in an outage, monthly savings and a rough installed price, with a drawing of the energy flowing from the sun to the home. One button sends the results into the estimate form.
Six system cards
Grid-tied solar, solar plus battery backup, off-grid systems, battery add-ons, generator replacement and monitoring, each with two quick facts like typical size or storage.
A 3-step install timeline
Site audit, design and permits, then install and power-on, each with a time label and a short checklist, so homeowners know exactly what happens and when.
Trust and certifications
A strip of license, battery certification, warranty, permit and in-house crew icons sits right under the top of the page, where cautious buyers look first.
Projects, reviews and estimate requests
Three project photos with spec captions, homeowner reviews, an honest incentives section, straight answers to common questions and a free estimate form that sends to your email.
Set up Solvane for your solar business
Homeowners shopping for solar want to know three things: what size system they need, what it will cost, and whether the lights stay on when the grid goes down. Answer all three on one page and they book the site visit.
Put your numbers in one file
Your electricity rate, sun, price per watt, battery prices and backup packages live in one settings file. Both estimators update from it.
Show your own installs
Swap in photos of systems you have installed, with the real size and battery on each caption. Nothing builds trust faster.
Keep promises true
The license number, warranties, system counts, reviews and timelines describe a sample business. Use your real details and your own customers' words, or remove them.
Connect the estimate form
Paste a free form link into one file and every request, with the visitor's estimator results, arrives in your email.

Questions about this template
Can I set the estimator to my own prices?
Yes. Your electricity rate, local sun, price per watt, battery price, panel size and battery packages are all in one settings file with clear labels. Both the quick estimate at the top and the full estimator update from it.
Does it work for grid-tied installers, or only off-grid?
Both. The six system cards cover grid-tied solar, battery backup, off-grid systems, battery add-ons, generator replacement and monitoring. Rename, rewrite or delete any card to match what you actually install.
How do homeowners request an estimate?
The form sends their name, phone, email, ZIP code, the system they want and their notes to your email. When they press Send me this estimate, their estimator results are copied into the notes, so you call back already knowing the size of the job.
Does the estimator promise savings or tax credits?
No. It shows rough numbers labeled as an estimate, not a quote, and the financing section promises no specific rebates or credits. Incentives change often, so you explain what applies at each address on the site visit.
Can I change the colors?
Yes. The graphite, sun amber, copper and teal are set once at the top of the style file, and the START HERE guide shows you exactly where.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The download includes a START HERE guide that walks you through your details, estimator numbers, photos, colors and going live in plain language. If you would rather not touch it, we build it for you for $99.
Will my site stay this fast?
It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
