Can I set the deck designer to my own prices?
Yes. Your price per square foot for each decking material, railing prices per foot, add-ons like stairs, lighting, a pergola, built-in benches, a privacy wall and permits, plus your price range and financing rate are all in one settings file with clear labels. The quick price card and the full 3-D designer both update from it, so they always agree.
What can customers design?
They pick a rectangle, an L-shape or a two-level deck, set the width and depth, choose decking and railing, and add stairs, lights, a pergola, a bench or a privacy wall. The 3-D drawing redraws as they go, and a Day and Dusk switch shows how the lights look after sunset.
How do customers send me their design?
They press Send my design and the shape, size, materials, add-ons and price range are copied into the design visit form. You call back knowing the size of the job before you measure the yard.
Does the designer promise a price?
No. It shows a price range labeled as an estimate, not a quote, and says the written price comes after a free design visit. You set the range in the settings file.
Can I change the colors?
Yes. The twilight navy, warm ember and cedar are set once at the top of the style file, and the START HERE guide shows you exactly where. The deck drawing picks up your decking colors from the settings file.
Do I need to know how to code?
