Chiropractor Website Template

A calm, modern five-page website for chiropractors and physical therapy clinics. Patients tap where it hurts, see where care usually starts, and book with that area already filled in.

What's built in

Chiropractic and physical therapy under one roof, with a body map, posted prices and booking. Everything below works in the demo right now.

Tap-where-it-hurts body map

Nine areas from head to ankle. Each shows the common reasons people come in, whether care usually starts with chiropractic, physical therapy or both, and a booking button. Clearly labeled as a guide, not a diagnosis.

Body map carried into booking

The booking form opens with the area and the kind of visit already filled in, so patients book in about a minute.

Posted self-pay prices

A clean price table for exams, adjustments, physical therapy, combined visits and home visits, plus the insurance you accept.

Open-now bar and live hours

A thin bar on every page shows Open now during your hours, with today’s hours on the home page and a full hours list on About.

Home-visit ZIP checker

Patients enter a ZIP code and see right away whether your physical therapists make home visits there.

Five pages, built for phones

Home, Treatments, New patients, About and Book, with a Call and Book bar that stays at the bottom on phones.

Set up Riverline for your practice

New patients want to know if you can help, what it costs and when they can come in. Set up the body map, prices and hours with care, since this is health information.

Write body map answers carefully

Each area lists common reasons people come in. Keep the wording general, such as "often starts with an exam," and avoid promising results. Your state board may have advertising rules for health claims.

Post prices you will honor

The self-pay table shows exams, adjustments and therapy visits. Use your real prices and list the insurance you accept, since posted prices are a big reason patients choose one clinic over another.

Keep the booking form light

The form asks for the area and type of visit, not a medical history. Collect health details through your secure patient intake, not the website form.

Introduce your doctors and therapists

Add each provider’s photo, license and specialty. Patients in pain want to see who will treat them.

Questions about this template

Can I change the body map areas?

Yes. Each area’s common reasons, where care usually starts and its booking button are plain text on the home page, and the START HERE guide shows where to edit them. The body figure is drawn by the site, so it needs no photo.

What photos do I need?

Photos of your clinic, your treatment rooms and your team sell best. The download has labeled placeholders with the exact sizes, and the guide shows how to swap them.

Does the booking form collect health information?

No. It asks for booking details only and tells patients not to share medical history, because it sends a regular email. The guide explains how to link a medical intake service if you want online health forms.

Can I add new-patient paperwork?

Yes. Link the New patients page to your secure intake forms or patient portal.

Does it work for physical therapy only?

Yes. Rename the services and body map suggestions to physical therapy, and the rest works the same.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The download includes a START HERE guide that walks you through your details, prices, hours, team, photos, colors and going live in plain language. If you would rather not touch it, we build it for you for $99.

Are the demo photos included?

No. The demo uses stock photos to show the finished look. Your download has labeled placeholders that show what goes in each spot and the best size.

Will my site stay this fast?

It ships scoring 98 to 100 on Google PageSpeed for phones, so your pages show up before visitors give up and tap back to Google. What you add changes that: very large photos, chat widgets and extra tracking codes slow any website down. The START HERE guide shows how to shrink your photos and test any page for free at pagespeed.web.dev, so you can keep it fast.
